viewRates & Availability

The following price schedule is for the 2009-2010 season. Please note that unlike other accommodations on the island, we do NOT rent out individual rooms. Regardless of the number in your party, you pay the same rate. Each reservation must be for a minimum of one week (seven nights). Olive and Stone offers a discounted rate for bookings of three weeks or longer.

Oct 1 - Jan 2: €200 per night
Jan 3 - Mar 26: €150 per night
Mar 27 - Apr 11: €350 per night
Apr 12 - May 31 €200 per night
Jun 1 - Sep 30: €350 per night

These prices include utilities (water and electricity), weekly maid service, and basic kitchen provisions provided at the time of arrival. Upon request, we are happy to furnish our guests with additional grocery items for a fee. See About Our Service for more information.

At the time of booking, Olive and Stone requires a deposit of half the rental fee. The second installment of rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival at the property. Adherence to this payment schedule guarantees your reservation in full. Ten (10) percent of the total rental fee is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit (less the 10 percent) will be refunded if we are notified 60 days in advance. Olive and Stone requires a security deposit in the amount of €500, due with your second installment of rent. We ask our guests to provide a major credit card for purposes of the security deposit. The card is simply authorized (but not charged) for the security deposit amount. Once you have vacated the property and we have examined the house and grounds to ensure that no damage has been done, those funds are released and the security deposit is refunded in full.
